Single-cell Microliter-droplet Culture Omics System (MISS cell culture omics) is a miniaturized high-throughput single-cell culture and sorting instrument developed based on droplet microfluidic technology. A single run of experiment can process approximately 5,000-20,000 droplets (500-4,000 single clones). After droplet generation, they will be stored in highly permeable pipelines for incubation (0-60 days), and then optical signals (OD, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, etc.) are used for detection and sorting to achieve the isolation and culture of environmental flora at the single-cell level, and the target droplets are sorted and stored in multi-well plates.
