MMC —Microbial Microdroplet Culture System

Microbial Microdroplet Culture System is a miniaturized, automated and intelligent high-throughput microbial droplet culture instrument developed based on droplet microfluidic technology. The instrument is highly integrated with the droplet identification module, droplet detection module, sampling module and chip module, etc., and can automatically realize various complex operations such as droplet generation, culture, detection, segmentation, fusion, and sorting. It can generate 1-200 droplets as independent culture units, support subculture for more than 15 days (or 100 generations), and meet experimental needs related to various microorganisms. After the culture, automated strain sorting can be performed according to the growth status.
